All US orders are shipped using UPS out of Chicago. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information sent to the email address you provided, this can sometimes end up in your spam folder. Items marked "ready to ship" will go out within 2 business days.

Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know right away!
You will have 15 days to return your item that is in perfect condition for a full refund.
Shipping costs are not refunded
After 15 days, only exchanges will be accepted. -
Repairs
We understand that accidents happen, and we are happy to repair a piece or replace a stone if needed for a small fee, just email: lilylansdell@gmail.com
In the event that a repair is required after 3 months of the purchase date, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning the item. We cannot offer refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio, purchasing tracking and insurance is recommended for your own protection.
